Cumberland D'Escrime Fencing Instructor Spotlight

Donovan Grimwood is the primary instructor for Cumberland D'Escrime Fencing. He has been fencing for over 20 years, starting with a P.E. course at Tennessee Technological University in 1996. He has been part of CDE since about 2002, assisting the previous instructor, Chip Moore with classes and as the CDE armorer, until Chip handed over the reins of the class to Donovan. Donovan has also previously been the Treasurer for the Tennessee Division of the US Fencing Association. As the instructor, he strives to provide a fun and safe environment for fencing that is easily accessible by the public at large.
